My goal is to empower you to live a more radiant life. If you believe you struggle with a chronic health condition or think that anxiety or depression are dictating the choices you make, you’ve found the right person!  I’ll help you to reduce your stress and worry so that you can live a truly fulfilling life with maximum energy.   I use evolutionary and functional medicine principles that are evidence-based to alleviate your psychological distress and help you to identify your most cherished values.

Your treatment plan consists of an initial comprehensive evaluation and weekly one hour sessions. My approach is collaborative and you will be asked to experiment with self-reflective, guided or writing exercises. The average length of treatment ranges from 10-20 sessions depending on a variety of factors like the severity of your concerns, your treatment goals and your involvement with the treatment process.

Holistic Health

Your personalized health coaching program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

During your 6 month program you will work to set and accomplish your health goals, explore new foods and reduce your food cravings.  As you experiment with the foods that work best for your body, you will experience increased energy levels, feel better in your body and improve your personal relationships.

Food changes everything. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your happiness improves. Imagine what your life would be like if you had clear thinking, energy and excitement every day.

Your 6 month health coaching  program includes:

  • Two, one-hour sessions per month
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Books, CDs, handouts and other materials
  • Food samples and self-care products
  • Access to a lending library of health and wellness books
  • Monthly newsletter

During our initial consultation we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals.
